Pampanito
Invented by Martin Cate of Smuggler’s Cove, this boozy, mollassesy, bubbly lemonade was inspired by a favorite refreshment of Jamaican distillers.
Ingredients
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz molasses syrup
0.25 oz allspice dram
1.5 oz black blended rum
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 oz seltzer
- Garnish
Lemon twist
Directions
- Add all ingredients except the seltzer to a shaker with ice
- Shake, strain into a Collins class with fresh crushed ice
- Top with seltzer and add the garnish
