Tiki drinks don’t have to be super sweet
Ingredients
- Drink
2 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz lemon or lime juice
0.5 oz demerara syrup
0.75 oz Campari or 0.5 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1.5 oz black strap rum
- Garnish
Pineapple bird head
Directions
- Shake ingredients, open pour with a gated finish into a highball with crushed ice
- Garnish with an elaborate display of pineapple fronds made to look like a bird
