Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
2 oz whiskey
1 short oz lemon juice
1 short oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 drops angostura bitters
Directions
- Carefully dry shake one egg white with whiskey, lemon juice, and simple
- Add ice, shake again, and strain into a coupe
- Serve straight up, and garnish with a few drops of angostura
