Perfectly balanced, this takes you on a journey first to an apricot nose, followed by rum and spices, and leaved grapefruit on the tongue.
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz demerara simple syrup
1/2 oz apricot liqueur
2 oz blended aged rum (can combine two types)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Shake all ingredients over ice, open pour into a highball glass.
