Perfectly balanced, this takes you on a journey first to an apricot nose, followed by rum and spices, and leaved grapefruit on the tongue.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz lime juice 
- 1/2 oz grapefruit juice 
- 1/2 oz demerara simple syrup 
- 1/2 oz apricot liqueur 
- 2 oz blended aged rum (can combine two types) 
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters 
Directions
- Shake all ingredients over ice, open pour into a highball glass.
