0.5 oz demerara syrup
0.5 oz apricot liqueur
1.5 oz navy strength, pot still rum (Smith & Cross)
- Muddle pineapple, lime juice, and syrup, then add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
- Double-strain into a coupe
