Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • 0.5 oz honey syrup

  • 2 oz blanco tequila: Espolòn

  • Soda water

Directions

  • Shake all ingredients except the soda water over ice
  • Pour into a Collins glass with an ice spear or blocks, top with soda water
