Blue Mountain King
Invented by Greg from How to Drink, this is absolutely my favorite nightcap. Smooth, satisfying, and extraordinarily complex flavors keep it interesting. The flavors of the coffee and rum shine through in this drink, combining to give it an almost cognac-like mouthfeel. Despite the incredible depth of flavors, this drink manages to be non-pretentious and easy to enjoy.
Ingredients
0.75 oz dry vermouth
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Jamaican rum: Smith & Cross, etc
1 dash angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
1/4 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
Directions
